I'm looking to do it cheaply as am on a tight budget. I have a patio in place but it looks cheap and old fashioned. I'm looking for someone to lay new tiles over a bed of sharp sand on top of the existing tiles. I don't want to contact any big business landscapers as they charge a fortune. I just want to find someone who knows how to lay patio slabs.
House is much higher than.patio do damp proofing/air vents/150mm rulenotan issue.
