Some eejit (in a large Merc) has parked their car on one of the processional routes. Oh lovely, he must have thought, they've cleared the road for me. The police seem to be a bit busy at the moment, so presumably there's nothing to be done. It's just as well the rest of us abide by the rules, unless there's a special dispensation for drivers of Mercedes Benz cars that I don't know about.

Driving through kingston about an hour ago there would have been a very slim chance of a fire engine getting through and also highly dangerous as pedestrians were walking on the road due to the pavements on both sides being blocked by inconsiderate tw*ts - shame the "blue army" were not sent out to play as they could have achieved their monthly quota very quickly and very easily!
