Er, yes there is, cos we reported it last week and again now. He was very resistant that there was a problem here, and though we finally persuaded him to tell technical support, please can I encourage any other people who don't have a signal to call O2 and confirm there is a problem? The number I used was 0844 875 2302 and they answered quickly, if rather moronically.

It would be so useful if as many O2 users as poss could call and make chrystal clear that dirty SIM cards are not the problem but rather the non-provision of the service we are paying for.
