What are your experiences of O2 4G coverage, especially around Landport and Willey's Bridge area? Vodafone customer services are driving me to distraction and I want out.

I'm with Giffgaff who use O2 as their carrier and get 4G pretty much everywhere in town.

Thanks everyone. Very mixed experiences, which makes it hard for me decide.

I'm on Giffgaff, which uses the 02 network, and never have any problems in Lewes... unlike when I was on Vodaphone.

Pretty useless in High St. No phone signal there either.

It is dreadful through the precinct and cliffe bridge areas

Im on vodaphone in Landport the 4g is very good, quick downloads. You have to remember the masts only take a certain number of phones at a time so you'll drop off randomly as the mast becomes full. The best way to force a signal is to make a call (not internet), usually hops straight back on the mast when you do that, you don't have to connect ring a number until you see the signal pop back and then drop the call and go back to what you were doing.

I'm on O2 and have never had anything but excellent coverage even in my old place where people on different networks couldn't get a signal.

I prefer to use boosters for different part of my house. The last time I bought a booster was in June 2018 at myamplifiers.com store.
