Coming towards newhaven from seaford, there is often a queue leading up to the swing bridge and usually cars filter in from the little road on the left that comes up from the car ferry terminal. The vast majority of these cars filtering in from the left have merely turned onto that road from the roundabout by b&q and are using it as a rat run, hoping they don't get held up at the level crossing and beat the queue on the main road. I am not saying it is illegal but it is a bit anti social and I have no intention of letting anyone into the road in front of me there again. Using rat runs is small minded and now I am.
