Despite the weather, the atmosphere is great and all the bands have been brilliant.

Propaganda? Don't think so. There's just as many non Cliffe people! Admittedly better when dry, but what the hell!

It's so good you'd rather be browsing the Lewes forum and competing. Sounds great to me.

@ Bonfire Boy. Sadly it's because there are idiots in all the societies that think that slagging the other societies off is the thing to do. I suspect that none of them have any idea what other societies, their members, or their events are actually like.

Genuinely well chuffed everyone had a good time. Some of the best occasions happen when the weather is crap. Hope to be there next year.

Speaking as a 'Bonfire Neutral' I have to say Lewes Live was a pretty well run & organised festival. Im a bit of a Festival junkie both big & small & LL ticked many boxes. The weather was atrocious but that can be changed by no-one, not even Theresa, Vladimir nor Donald! And LL, especially yesterday evening got through it. Dreadzone were awesome (as they always are) and the 3 preceding bands were good too. If the morning weather had lasted, we'd all be saying how awesome it all was.
Essentially I hope that this weekend rain does not stop the organisers putting it on again, and with the same ambition they had this time: This was a huge step up in band quality overall to previous years, and must be maintained.
Well done overall.
