New owners not making a great start
No lottery, half empty shop, no Harvey's beer, no small sweets for the kids, shuts at 7!!!
Not the community shop that Zig and Chris before him ran
I'm all for supporting the independent business but I'm getting a bit tired of hearing the word No in there

have both shops got new owner now, as the last 2 times I have visited, the shop on the left seems to have new person behind the counter aswell?

Yes, ., both shops now have new owners.
After the first shop sold, the second probably had a HUGE surge in sales (which I contributed). So they (probably), sold with the big increased figures.
I miss previous employees of both stores.

The new guys in Mount Harry Stores seem very pleasant - very polite and friendly, and the nice lady who worked there for the previous owners is still there, albeit different shifts.
I haven't been in the other shop since it changed hands.

It just bothers me that anyone thinks that they or the government have the right to tell me what I can put in my own body. more
If you lend someone £20 and don't see them again it was probably worth it.
