It's very strange that no one knows why these lights are out. When I came home tonight and came off the a27 here to go towards prison, the traffic going the other way (towards the roundabout) was queuing all the way back to the prison. I'm pretty sure it's not like this when the lights are working. It's very hard to pull out here at rush hour as there is no break in the traffic coming from Brighton, it's constant. It's only a matter of time before there's a serious accident here.

Whoops this was meant to be on the Ashcombe roundabout feed. If I can't negotiate this forum I've got no chance with that roundabout...

This afternoon the queue from the roundabout stretched all the way back to past the prison lights, and traffic was entering the lights with nowhere to go, all that needed was the lights to change and bingo gridlock ! One of the many councils are bound to sort it out !! However, it may be quite a while, as they all move at a snails pace.

The traffic lights are never coming back. The Boss has decided that we have to learn how to drive in a decent manner first.
