I was wondering if anyone had any memories of Ethel Attenborough, who used to live at the large gothic style house above the Cuilfail Tunnel until the 50s? Doing a bit of history on the house and reading various reports of her keeping 'wild dogs' and leaving lights on during the blackouts etc. - she sounds like a real character. Wonder if any of the older forum members recall anything?
