Although the Planning Officers may recommend approval it doesn't mean to say it was actually approved by the committee.
I know the committee had the wisdom to reject the proposed horrible plans for Bowden House which was on the same agenda ( which incidentally the Planning Office also recommended approval of) and was wondering what happened about the Meridian redevelopment.
