Blaaaah...
URL probably won't work here but I'll post it in case anyone is feeling like buying an over-priced, missed-the-mark looser home.

What's a looser home?

Well Frak, a looser home is a home that is less tight than the home one is comparing it too. That's bleedin' obvious, isn't it?!
The homes being advertised by Mishon Mackay are the Nurseries, I think. I have noticed that many homes from the two big new developments in Lewes (the Nurseries and the Printworks) are being advertised through local letting agents (Clifford Dann, Ashton Burkinshaw and Bradley Property Management to name but three). I only know this 'cos I get e-mailed about properties to buy and to rent from rightmove on a regular basis. I don't know whether these are properties that have been sold to private landlords who are now trying to rent them out, or whether the developers have resorted to renting themselves having been unable to sell them. I suspect the latter ...

Probably should have written "loser" not "looser". :-(
It means that that developer is a loser and anyone who considers buying them at the "stunning, striking" price they are advertised at will be a loser.

I see Lewes DC are having doubts about Terracotta Properties (aka Charles Style/Angel Property) application for the Malling and put off making a decision on 1 October. That Phoenix development is clearly on the skids.

Well, no surprise there then. Every cloud has a silver lining.
