Cheers

I don't know about price because I've only ever used the one vets, and I think there're all expensive, but I have used the Cliffe vets for various animals, including cats, and they have always been great.

I used to use petdoctors untill my dog passed away they are on cliffe industrial estate they are fantastic and so nice when my poor girl had to be put to sleep made it a lot easier. plus ample free parking no need to try and park when you have a poorly animal.
but I have also had friends who use cliffe in the high street
also great ideal if you walk everywhere or use public transport. we had to take a friends dog to be put down as he was to upset to do himself again very friendly.
Price I can only say about Pet Dr but they didnt seem expensive

Cliffe are fantastic. All their vets are good though Dominic has been particularly wonderful recently with one of our cats that has had a very difficult ear problem. But as Joogle says - there is no such thing as a cheap vet - so if you haven't had cats / dogs before be prepared for a significant part of your income going on vets bills over the years and get them insured. Though pet insurance doesn't cover 'normal' stuff like vaccinations, dental cleaning etc and there is an amount below which they don't re-imburse you AND you usually have to pay 10% or so of any claim they do pay for. Makes you realise, in spite of everything, how lucky we are to have the NHS!!!

I recommended Vets2U (a guy called Jeremy who used to be at the Cliffe). He will come to your house and it is a lot less stressful for the cats. He is really nice and cats are his speciality. Although he is a little bit more expensive, it takes the hassle out of the whole experience of transporting the animal and finding somewhere to park etc. He was very thorough when he came to my house, to give my cats vaccinations, and was with us for nearly an hour, checking them over. I have now moved from the Cliffe to him as he is so nice. And no, I am not him, and nor do I work for him.

Ive known Jeremy Edwards for many years he is an excellent vet & would thoroughly recommend him (so would my dogs!).
Alternatively Pet Doctors are very good especially Rachael, much more friendly & personal than the Cliffe & an excellent vetinary service plus plenty of area to park close to the surgery.

I didn't have a very good experience at the Cliffe vets on Cliffe High Steet. The vet we saw was very tall, stood very close in quite an intimidating manner and wouldn't let us get a word in edgeways... to the extent that he wouldn't even let us describe the problem or ask any questions about it.
I use Suzanna at the Cliffe Ringmer practice. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

meow. I would recommend the Petdoctors over at Cliffe Industrial. I think I am right in saying, that they used to at Kingston or at least some of the vets I think. When my pets were hurt or injured we used to take them to see Miss Breeze(when she was alive obviously!) and also Mr Westnedge but I dont know if he still practises. Best of luck meow. By the way my cat has just had three beautiful kittens if anyone is interested xx
