Does anyone know if there are any litter picks going on - preferably on the western side of town? I've Googled it but can't find any info.

Earl, there is a meadow minders group that meets on the railway land nature reserve on the first Sunday of the month, why don't you bring the lads along, they need volunteers and they do all kind of things with the LDC ranger-you never know, it might spark an interest.
