It was 37 minutes of early 30's footage of Lewes events taken by "Fatty" Briggs, proprietor of the Cinema De Luxe.
They were selling a DVD of it at the door. I guess it will still be available somewhere. Maybe try mickhawksworth.com as thats the guy who transferred it to DVD from cine film.
