They do Thai and Chinese dishes too. To use their own phrase, it's pan-Asian. It's the same owner, I think, but they decided to have a change because three Thai restaurants was too much for Lewes. The staff are mostly new, but at least one waitress is from Lemongrass and the credit card receipt still said Lemongrass. Their curry was lovely and I really liked the sushi too. The service was friendly but slightly chaotic, but it was their first night when I went, so they were just finding their feet. I will go again.
