This shop is regarding KILIM the shop in the bottleneck which sells rugs ???
Has anyone ever seen anybody work in this shop ??
Has anyone ever seen a customer ????
this isnt a dig at this shop just I always drive past and never once have I noticed life in this shop they may be working out back etc anyviews on this shop it has been here for years so must be doing something right.
I had the pleasure of sitting outside and looking in the window for ten mins today because the driver of a P reg blue mercedes decided that because the light was green he'd barge through the bottleneck even though the bottleneck was blocked by a delivery driver in the other direction. hence nothing moved for ages untill the delivery driver asked him to budge or be dragged through his window made me laugh.

I agree,it is interesting what one discovers whilst being inconvenienced by others.
I discovered recently whilst negotiating a buggy through the Cliffe Bottleneck (roadworks, men leaning on shovels, not forgetting the various "Billerati" vogueing in a European Riviera sytlee at their tables) just how tempting the Harvey's shop is. Now my trips to Cliffe are something to look forward to.
Every cloud has a Harvey's induced fuzzy lining.

Thanks for the interest! I own the shop and I'm there 8 hours a day (10am to 6pm) 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday) - my desk is at the back and I can't always be seen from the street or through the windows which reflect the sun. And yes, I'm happy to say, I do have quite a lot of customers!
