The service is atrocious. Delays are to be expected. A few weeks ago this was due to icy tracks, a few weeks before due to too much sunlight. I am commonly late to the office. The worst thing seems to be the outdated culture of all the staff that operate the tracks. Starting to think I shouldn't have sold up for £1m+ and moved down. Is anyone else as frustrated as me?
