It is very odd that when there is a serious posting on the impact or not of Bexit, that those who seem to know more about sheep than is socially acceptable, start posting ludicrous messages and thus shutting down any debate. Is this organised from those outside Lewes? The impact of Brexit will have a huge impact on Lewes, on the surrounding rural economy, tourism, the money to fund infrastructure, the care of the elderly etc. So why not a sensible discussion?

Delighted old ram has proved the point! Obviously an organised group watching the Forum and attempting to close down any debate.

Tell us the positives please! I'd love to hear them. Those who state the negatives do so with provable facts, and I'd love to see someone do the same with the positives. Not statements like "the USA has offered a trade deal" when they haven't (there is no deal, no offer, no terms of an offer, no negotiation timelines, no statement of intent outside a press conference by the world's most renowned liar). Actual facts about the positive side of Brexit please. Thanks :-)

Old councillor, do you really feel your views are so novel and threatening that organised groups dredge the internet to find them and close down your debates? That seems a little paranoid. People will say daft things no matter what the subject is. Just step over them and get on with what you want to say. If it's of interest to anyone then a discussion will follow.
