This has become an increasing menace. No one has the right, unless approved in advance, to have these outside their house. The road side parking if for anyone to use. Some houses have these outside throughout the day and then in the evening someone comes home to park. Very selfish people. Do we need to list the offending house addresses here and pass to the authorities.

If you find a homeless cone abandoned on the street, take it into care. Or redeploy it outside your own house.

Using a road bollard isnít illegal, nor is it in the Highways Act. The reason why houses in Prince Charles and Queens Road do it is because the Police HQ and school park irresponsibilly outside residents homes stopping them from parking. Itís mainly the residents in Queens Rd, HQ end that do it. Calling them riff raff makes for a snob
