geoff thats bollox. They have been brilliant about repairing our ageing mac and in fact recovered most of the hard drive for us that had been lost. They could have advised and tried to sell us a new computer, but gave us excellent and friendly advice that has saved us about a £1k . They are two young guys trying to make a living and so far doing a good job imo.
Why do you say 'yet again' - what other examples do you have ? And are they affecting your business ?
