I'm waiting for 2 parcels from Hermes. The tracking has stated they've been at my local depot since the 15th, but I have no cards to say an attempted delivery has been made. Has anyone else local received a delivery from Hermes in the last week?

My Hermes employees and are self-employed. In my experience some are much more diligent than others. I used to use all of the main couriers in my previous job and it can be a classic trick the courier can play to alter the tracking to cover up a cock up. Good luck with your parcel.

Might be worth a try knocking on your neighbours door. I've had parcels dropped off at our next doors without a card but on the other hand they have also hid them in the wheelie bin! Myhermes are terrible though and I try and avoid using companies that ship with them.

Check with the depot if you've got the parcel number. If you're not in they always return it to the depot where they will hold it for around 5 days before returning it to the sender. The alternative is to contact the sender.

@Grumpy, actually I have two parcels missing and there has been someone in the whole time as they were being delivered to a workplace. I wasn’t calling you useless, but I was enquiring if anyone else had issue before I get grumpy and start complaining in case there was a legimate reason that someone else was aware of with the delivery person; sickness for example. Not all of us come on here to whinge and provoke a reaction.
