As the new kid on the block, I am a bit lost as to how to use Forum. Why do some of my posts not arrive? Limit on posts per session, can't send a post while a previous one is being processed, people block posts from a disliked poster ... Any ideas gratefully received.

There is a maximum limit, but that will prevent you from actually writing a reply.
There are some terms that will get you automatically banned. Not due to censoring, but terms that are frequently used by spammers.

Sometimes if you log on at the bottom of a thread you can lose your post I have found. It is better to log on, go back to the main page and then go back to the thread you want to comment on. If anyone did ever find their post was censored for anything but being directly offensive, then I would hope they would publicise it as widely as possible and I for one would seriously consider whether to bother with the forum again. If I wanted just to get the views that the administrator allowed I would go on Lewes present.

I think auto-banning really only happens if you use terms associated with spam.

Thanks all. First, is there a website/email address to find out all this stuff? When is the "fairy" hour (starting up)? I obviously need a scammers' dictionary to know what words to avoid! Can I delete a post which later turns out to an embarrassing gaffe?

I have failed to start a new thread displaying and available for new posts, although you can see its posts on "latest". Is there a special way to start new threads?

Again, to show total ignorance: who or what is "Webbo"?
