The biggest draw back with Seaford is that it's bloody windy.
I'm not anti - Lewes, far from it. I have lots of friends there so visit often.
The problem I have with Lewes is parking (I'm a 4 car household), flooding (have been) and over development.
Here I have a large garden, ample parking, it ain't gonna flood and as yet it's not over developed but they're working on that.
I will one day move back nearer to Lewes (like the look of Laughton).
