Can anyone recommend their dentist?
We need a new one as ours has upped and left the area and now my tooth has broken. We would like a genuinely kind dentist as I'm a bit nervous!
I think it has to be NHS for a family unless someone can recommend their inexpensive dental plan too.
Thank you!

Jennifer Ching. Lewes High Street dental practice. If you are lucky enough to get in. She is the best. (Not Chinese either.) Blonde, English and very nice. I am the worlds most nervous patient!

I really don't think you needed to state that she wasn't Chinese.
So she is blonde and English does that make her better some how?

Not at all. I just thought maybe toothache would like to know a little about her before he/she went along.I don't think she is up for a date. I was merely stating facts.

2.30 plainly an old fashioned Englishman Jan. Nothing wrong with the small-minded Sun-Reader type is there?

I've got some Danish bloke. Filled my teeth very nicely. Got a choice of NHS or private, all nicely explained. Remarkably pretty assistant.

been to albion for a for a few check ups since they changed hands. no complaints about the quality of service. However, on each visit have been recommended rather expensive treatment for a different problem each time. they never mention about the previous problem. has any one else experienced this? or am i being too suspicious? i have never really trusted dentists.

Just had a letter about all the changes at Albion - I'd be very interested to hear anyone else's experiences since the change. I quite liked my old dentist there

I've been with Albion for a long time. No problem with them but I'm now on dentist number 4 in as many years. Would be nice to see the same dentist for more than two visits!

Thank you for your posts. We were at Albion a while ago but I got so fed up with the change of dentists every time we saw them (or so it seemed) - and each one seemed to find a new problem! - that we left.
I'll try both the Danish man and the English woman and check their NHS status.
