Night scented stock
For those who have never grown this devine plant, go get a packet of seeds for about £1.50 and sow them either indoors or as a hardy annual outdoors by a window or seating area.
If you enjoy sitting in the garden with the barbeque going, a bottle of plonco and some good company, there's nothing better to compliment the evening than the smell of NS stock.
I sow mine indoors and then transplant them into big pots. The flowers are closed during the day but once the sun goes down, the heady scent is paradise on a warm evening.
Well worth the effort and i will be sowing mine in the conservatory tomorrow.
