Mine's fine.

Have you checked that there's nothing obstructing the line of sight between your dish and the satellite? My dish is on a garden roof and often gets branches of trees or shrubs getting in the way.

Hi Jeff, Switch off all power to T/V and box. Then disconnect all cables going to box, leave for 5 minutes. Now connect all cables back up. switch on power and fingers crossed it should work. Good luck.

As stated by 'puzzled ' switch it off for a while, then power it up again and it should be fine. These boxes have a tendency to freeze occasionally.

My Humax Freesat box crashes occasionally and needs unplugging for a bit. Never lost any channels though, we only have an issue when it's blowing a gale and knocking the dish about.
