Its Free Parking at the Car Park near to Lewes Castle!
For the 2nd time (at least) this year someone just dug up the parking meter and threw it over the Castle wall by the viewing point.
Images of the Incredible Parking Meter Fiend springs to mind..
Whoever they were had to be strong.
It just goes to show how irate people can get when they can't find any loose change.

I should expect the deviants that did this crime took the money out of the parking meter before throwing the meter over the wall?
Further more I would like to take this opportunity to ask him, her or more likely them, if they could come to my home and throw my Gas Meter and Electricity Meter over the wall? For a modest price of course..
