Following on from the two hugely popular previous events, there is another Beer Festival planned at the Rook Inn on Friday 18th March from 5pm until 11pm.
20 real ales and ciders, some specially commissioned, all at £2.50 a pint.
Delicious Gourmet food.
Tickets are £5, and includes special commemorative pint glass. Tickets available from the Gardeners Arms and Lewes Tourist office, or £6 on the door.

1st thing - i'm on your side, I'll be there anyway
2nd - i wish the team were (on your side...only there for one)
3rd - a bit more info needed: specially commissioned sometimes means specially rebadged ie 'Rooks Rabble Rouser'=Harveys IPA & you're never going to get a specially commissioned cider given time/amount etc
4th-'gourmet food' I don't expect that at a beer fest - best I've ever had was a huge lump of double gloucester & chives in a 'real' big white roll. easy to eat standing up, brilliant & matches the beer. Worst are curries & baked spud + beans on paper plates with nowhere to sit. Not great standing up fodder - so let us know what to expect & more people might support

In the past a list of beers is advertised a few days before the event. I expect it will be the same this time. As soon as I know what fayre is on offer I will post it on here.
