In the car park behind Argos there are sloping brackets fixed to the Walls at either end. I'm assuming these are to fix a temporary sloping barrier at times of high risk.
There are always cars parked where the barrier would be.
Anyone know where the barrier is now, who puts it in place, what do they do about the cars and how do they make the decision to put the barrier in place?
