How much do you want? There is a short-term surplus in High Street due to a friends building works - not bonfire society quantities, but a fair few sacks worth for home use of good seasoned timber. Been trying to give it away with no takers!

Thanks. I'd love to take it. What number is it? I could get up there tomorrow if there's gonna be someone about. Otherwise, through the week?

you can go and pick loads up from the huge garden of that lovely Lewes house - don't want the monstrosity that our great planning department have allowed so if anyone wants window frames, scaffolding, bricks and blocks get in there quick so we can have our green space and twittens back

Cakehole, I will be seeing them this afternoon. Will check when they're around, and how much is left. I think there is a skip coming tomorrow, so I'm guessing they'll be in. Will let you know...

I'm afraid beer got in the way of discussing wood matters in depth, however I did ascertain that the skip arrived at 8am today, and that they'd try and seperate out the wood from the platerboard/junk/etc. Its the flat above David Smiths (opposite Ask), and the skip will be in the motorcycle parking bay (I think). I'd go late afternoon/early eve if I were you - ie when they've got everything out, and before the skip goes tomorrow am.
