Always BBC Radio 3 on DAB, or occasionally Radio 4 for The Archers (our household's daily dose of reality) or the World Service. Anything else isn't appropriate. The present Schubert festival, with its support of live performances by the next generation of performers, and luminaries such as the pianist Graham Johnson revealing daily the context of the composer's creative life, is one of those things only BBC Radio 3 could do well. No other station's staff have the contact-books or personal trust to make anything even close to this.
