There's been a lot of hype recently about fake news in the media. I have created this thread for all your fake news stories to stop other threads being polluted and corrupted with untruths. For instance there has been mention in the past of a Trump tower being built in the centre of Lewes, as well as Theresa May opening up a shoe shop here and even HMP Lewes opening its doors to allow its prisoners to go on day trips to the town centre. Obviously all fake news! Does anybody one have anymore fake news stories for Lewes?
