As the Eurovision Song Contest looms this weekend in Kiev, I can't wait till Brexit is implemented so that we don't have to enter this embarrassing competition any more. This was one of the reasons I voted to get out of Europe.

Haha. I know you jest, but it wouldn't entirely surprise me if some people did believe somehow that EU membership was linked to the Eurovision song contest.

Ukraine is that in Yurp? do we consider Russia in Yurp? Israel, now no argument there, not in Yurp but luckily the whole discussion is irrelevant as is the cacophony of noise that accompanies the worse musicians from half the civilised world or what difference Brexit may or may not make, I am the proud possessor of a modern television, not only does have more than the two channels my first one had, Like my first one it does have an on/off button (big improvement on the old round knob) And thats a fact

Remember when Jean Claude Juncker told us English was losing its importance in europe (Please note the small e) ? Well, they're nearly all singing in it !! Haha
And apparently if, and when, Australia wins, there is a contingency plan for it to be co-hosted in an european country, which could also be the United Kingdom. AS LONG AS THEY PAY, I SAY.
Ireland who has won many many times, didn't even get through the voting semi finals. Note europe doesn't like strong competition !!!
Nil points for us again probably. Saves the BBC a fortune.
