Lewes Estates - gave us a huge valuation to get the sale business, then subsequently had to bring the price down. That said, Paul there is a nice bloke. Rob, the owner, is a d*ck.
Cubitt and West will prioritise buyers who take out financial services, as that is where they earn extra commission. Dodgy, and not transparent if you are selling with them.
Wycherleys - nice reps but slow as hell to do anything. Not much information from them as a buyer.
Gorringe - ok, nothing good or bad either way
