Empty Biscuit Tin?

Hello forum users, I just finished eating a tin of Fox's marvellous assortment chocolate biscuits but I know have no use for the tin. I don't like to waste items that could easily be reused but i live in a 1 bedroom flat and really need all the space I can get. Would anyone be interested in it? Could be useful for keen haberdashers looking for somewhere to store their bit and bobs. I'll leave it underneath the brown bench where Gundreda and Prince Edwards intersect at 4pm. No questions asked.

Have you ever thought that you might need to change the way you think? Why throw out the tin when you could simply move to a bigger property?

Lewesian, I have found the answer, you no longer need to give away! Why not fashion your biscuit tin into a trendy lampshade. Ta da! Perfect solution for your pad. No need to thank me, Google did all the hard work! Won't work quite so well with a plastic tin I reckon. Hope I wasn't too late.....

Leave it down by the Rusty House - they can nail it to the wall and watch it rust.

Better yet, why not just refill it with biscuits from a packet? Back when I were a lad, you could buy loose biscuits and even loose broken biscuits. They'd have been ideal, and you could keep the brown paper bag they came in for your sandwiches. Happy days.

I just wanted to thank you for your kind offer. I live just up the road so it was easy for me to wander to the bench and pick up the tin! It's just what I've been looking for to store my collection of novelty rubbers. Thanks again.

The lady's not American, Dixie. Do you live in a Local Authority condominium, on the Jam Roll.
