If you watch one video before you vote make it this one. Shelia Hancock on Channel 4 EU debate. She is excellent and provides much food for thought from a perspective you may not have heard before.

Project Fear vs Project Lie? You've never been in a war have you Mavis?

Is it project fear to say that in the event of a Brexit the UK economy will almost certainly go tits up when 95% of economists and every financial institution of note says the same?

They said all these terrible things to Norway to make them stay, luckily they didn't and have gone from strength to strength. Of course having an obscure language helps to make them less attractive to immigrants. !!

Norway is a sensible country, it didn't waste all its oil revenue on bribing the electorate and instead set up a sovereign wealth fund for the benefit of its citizens.

To gain a trade agreement with the EU Norway has had to sign up to the Shengen agreement and has had to accept the EUs free movement of people. It has also taken on a whole raft of EU legislation, and also pays for the right to access the single market. It has all the pain and no power. That is not better than our situation in the UK where we have a rebate, have not had to sign up to the Shengen and still have a say in the way the EU is run.

If we leave, to be anywhere near as successful as Norway we too will need to make a trade agreement with the EU and necessarily sign the Shengen agreement. We'll be in a worse position than we are now. This what the the average advocates of Brexit fail to understand.

You can bet the leading politicians and funders of the Leave campaign know this though. Ever felt you've been taken for a fool?
