I only visit this forum very ocasionally and each time I do I'm genuinely amazed at some of the stuff the moderator allows to be posted here. I'm not a stuffy, politically correct Neighbourhood Watch type but scanning recent posts I found loads of messages written by narrow-minded bigots which were openly racist and / or homophobic, as well as the unbelievably insensitive posts re Dr Swaine (I agree A Patient) among others. Legislation states that moderators are required to prevent such illegal postings and that by not doing so they can be considered to condone the publication of such material. Therefore moderators can and have been prosecuted as a result of this inaction. So moderator, if you're out there, DO YOUR JOB!!!
