Beautiful double attic room available in cosy period cottage in the heart of Lewes.
Creative, friendly household sharing with one female professional in her 30's
Great views of the South Downs as well as excellent storage as property has a cellar. Shared lounge / dining room, kitchen and small garden.
The cottage is just 8 minutes walk to Lewes station, with lots of shops and amenities on the doorstep.
Sussex University just 10 minutes away by train.
Rent is £450 a month plus bills starting anytime between March 9th and April 4th - move-in date fairly flexible.
Looking for mature, tidy, respectful and friendly sharers.
Short or longer term lets available, and would also consider Mon-Fri, part time or weekend lets.
Please email for more info and viewings, thanks!

£450 + bills for a room is expensive. We let ours out at £110 per week and that includes bills (inc wifi), breakfast and dinner.

Kronic, have you ever heard of a competitive open market ? It means some are cheaper than others, it also means some are more expensive than others. It's not a kartel.

Yeah, I live across the road from you Alex and my student house is £350 including water - though that's for a single room. Then again, 'the kronic', your deal sounds superb. Do let me know if your tenant ever leaves and you need another one!
