I have seen this mentioned several times on here before. I have listened to it bark since 3 this afternoon. Does anyone know if the dog warden is aware ?

frankly i think it's cruel. the poor dog has been barking for years. surely a neighbour must know who it is? i reckon we should name and shame. has anyone spoke to the dog owner?

Yes I know who they are but they are normal and nice people. Can't see the problem. The big road are a lot noisier than the dog.

For gods sake when will people start to understand, dogs do bark! It's an animal and they do animal things. Do you stop talking? Of course not. We need to encourage more wildlife in Lewes, man has already destroyed enough of this planet. Let the poor animal do its thing and bark!

@Ron which part of 7 hours if continual barking was not clear? 3pm till gone 10pm is taking the mickey, when a dog barks continuously it's normally because it's alone. Can you imagine how desperate this dog was for a wee after 7 hours? Personally I would have called RSPCA and council in the morning.

@reasonable Ron - I grew up with a dog in the house. A dog barking constantly for 7 hours is distressing to listen too. I understand when someone comes to the door but constantly barking is not normal. I don't know how the neighbours live with it.
