Was there a shortage of public toilets at the weekend? If so, why?

There are only four public loo's that I'm aware those being Market St, Station Rd, Friars Walk and the High St by the Pelham Arms. I don't know how many of these are open in the evening? For the 'Mumford weekend didn't the council supply Porta Loo's?
