Costa in the Station?

So, I heard a while back that a Costa was coming to the spot in the train station where the shop used to be.
Apparently it's due to open in May 2017. So, if it's still happening it's very late.
There's been some boxes with the Costa logo on them for a while but no others signs of any development. Anyone know what's happening here?
