On the news the other night - In Belgium whole communities were getting together to negotiate reduced Gas and Electric prices for huge collective switches. ie 1000,s of customers all switched from one to another to gain larger discounts. Now that could work here, we thought. Lewesians would love organising that wouldn't they ??
