I have had children at Busy Bees (formally Early Years) for the last 7 years and although it is very expensive it is a a lovely nursery and has improved considerably since being taken over by Busy Bees. The preschool room is particular good, with excellent structured activities preparing the children for school, amazing home cooked food, a beautiful garden where they grow their own veg and dedicated staff that nurture and care for all the children (and parents!).

Limited places and hours but we moved from busy bees to southover (just across the road). It was great, attentive people, I'd certainly give it a look

I thought that Southover Nursery shut a few years ago. Sadly I think all the nurseries have shut in Lewes. Sign of the times - turning into a very dull place.

My grandson attends Stepping Stones Nursery and loves it there. It's a very happy Friendly nursery were children love to go. It's a small cosy size and the staff are very caring towards the children. They children are always busy doing activities and engaged with the staff whenever I pick up my grandson
