Received it, read it, thought 'WTF', "Who?", 'Get a life' etc, and promptly binned it.
As Monty Cute says, on reflection it seemed more sad than barmy... given it's place of origin I assume the author is (perhaps) a very lonely Ex-Pat who now sits in the sun with a lot of spare time on his hands.
Assuming it was sent to every house in the Winterbourne, Barons Down, and Montacute area, then no doubt Phillippines Postal Service were glad of the postage revenue... at least someone somewhere got some positive "benefit" from it?
