This is a brilliant site, but how representative of Lewes residents me wonders? I came across Lewes almost by chance whilst touring a few years ago. We fell in love with the town and have been back several times for short stays. You lot don't know how fortunate you are. I live in Belfast for my sins!
I've been helped more than once with queries on this site, and find your pubs and people great. But, boy, can you guys bitch, and you sure know how to nasty. Several of the more entertaining threads have been removed by Webbo recently. I wish you wouldn't do that. It provides brilliant entertainment. Anyway, keep it up good people of Lewes. I wonder what the chat room is like?!

We are not all like that. I feel that a high percentage of the bitchy/moany/nasty posts are posted just to get a reaction. A lot of people seem to get satisfaction by winding others up.

No Exposed, absolutely not. Everything I said is genuine. I have no time for windup merchants either. I'd love to live in Lewes. Why are you so sensitive/suspicious. I can prove I've been helped by you guys before by recalling my query, which received about 6 vy helpful leads.

The same as I feel about hibernian marches. There are too many catholics and protestants in the world.
