had a very strange woman selling programmes this week. I had my baby on my lap who had only just settled, when a woman come and nearly banged the door down. I didn't get up to answer as I didn't want to disturb my baby and I knew it was just another person selling programmes. When I didn't answer, this woman took it upon herself to duck down and peer through my living room window.
I know that bonfire is the be all and end all for some people in lewes but does this reduce people to peering into people's houses, desperate to sell a programme. Weird

Done collecting myself, sometimes if you can see someone in the house but they haven't answered, you're not sure if they just haven't heard you so try again!

I sell bonfire programmes but would never do that, peer into someone's window - very rude and potentially scary especially if resident elderly, etc. Very insensitive and quite arrogant, if true.

Hope your not one of these cliffe guide sellers going around the town telling everyone they don't need to buy another society's program as the guide is all you need. Disgusting and disgraceful tactics.
And don't say it doesn't happen as that's what I was told by one of them yesterday, when I brought everyone's programs. Shame on you cliffe you should all hang your heads, hope you don't need any co-operation from the other societies again I bet they won't be so forth coming.

Thing is Just Saying, all of the other members that I have spoken to are just as annoyed about our programme as you. Please, therefore, don't assume we are all responsible for it!

Cliffe full of complete bulls:@". Never to be believed again. Might aswell resign from bonco as you no longer have any respect from any other societies. If you really don't like your crap user guide you would get rid of the complete arse who produced this pile of crap. And stop selling them. I also was over the Cliffe on Saturday where nearly all your sellers were selling as a guide and saying it's all you need to buy. So don't say there not. I wish all the others a great and safe night. And keep the Cliffe firmly boxed in. Come on southover get your selfs down the high street behind borough. Borough take as long as you like on the bridge with your barrel. In fact March all your members over it and u turn. That should kill another 15 minutes. Oh and why your at don't give them the key. To the town maybe do it with ssbs a society that gives a s/:" about others.
