Yes 30 per class is normal of course. I'm saying in the future there will be 45 per class. Please read again. And we do not have an increasing population size at the bottom end of the population (i.e. babies/children, which is, in fact, DEcreasing); we have an increasing population size due to the top end of the population (i.e. the elderly because they are living so much longer) you numpty! Get your FACTS right!
