Has anyone seen the bin men today?
Still says collection today on the LDC website, I just went into town and noticed tons of bin bags out on the streets.

We did as we were told, on the leaflet.
Put the bags out early on Tuesday morning, and they are still sat there.
There's also masses of uncollected recycling around Lewes.
Someone, methinks, has cocked-up, bigtime.

No bin men last week, when expected. I called the council, and rubbish has gone today. Hoping they come again on Friday when scheduled this week. If you are still not collects. Call LDC.

LDC manage to publish the wrong dates in their 'magazine'. They then delivered a revised version to every house (or maybe not every house) to correct it. Not sure how much that error has cost us poor tax payers.

It was a typing error. Generally, if there is a bank holiday on a Monday, your collection day will be a day later. A bank Holiday on a Friday, your collection will be a day earlier.

What do you expect?
Rubbish in, rubbish out.
Probably couldn't get the dustcart started after it's long winter lay-up or gone to jump-start the trains.
