If you don't mind 15 mins in a car this is nice, but there is a virgin gym at Falmer. Lewes has the Leisure centre and the White Hart.
I think a lot of people use the a leisure centre, if you want it cheap, and don't mind unbearable hot conditions and inefficient service, old equipment etc you can suffer the White Hart at a reasonable price.

Depends what you want - I run the Bodyworkshop by the pells pool in north street ( mentioned in earlier post ) we are small and very friendly - a wide range of free weights/ separate cardio area / a full timetable no boxacise but great combat classes - you can pay as you go or monthly with no minimum contract - I am flexible about putting up punch bag when there are no classes in studio - why not come along and I will give you a free day trial 01273478525
