A learner at grammar as well, The question should be "Does anyone know a driving instructor in Lewes or Ringmer who can teach a pupil to drive using a car with an automatic gearbox?" There that makes a bit more sense, And thats a Fact

Hmm.... Some interesting use of commas before capitals together with a missing apostrophe and final full stop.

Nice try at attempting to demonstrate your intellectual superiority. You're like one of those people that criticises technically incorrect cases of the use of less or fewer. Given that this very rarely introduces an ambiguity the only reason to point it out is to advertise an apparent superiority.

Can I just point out that you should not carry on a sentence with a capital letter after a comma. Capital letters come after full stops. You really should brush up on your own grammar before making yourself look like a right arse by then Criticising others.
